I am the Co-Founder of an award-winning 10-year old consulting firm, and a dance and certified Pilates instructor. 20 years ago I embarked on a journey to learn nutrition for peak productivity, and learned over that time there are some great, simple tricks and tools to live a life with energy and nutrition and health amidst the throngs of overwhelming health advice, white noise and fad diets out there.
